Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery Information
HIT! is a digital service platform. The subscription plan you purchase becomes active immediately after the payment is successfully completed. There is no physical delivery.
- Free plan: active immediately after registration. Includes a total of 3 video analyses.
- Pro plan: active immediately after payment. Includes 25 video analyses per week for the duration of the subscription.
2. Subscription and Renewal
The Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time; in case of cancellation you continue to enjoy Pro features until the end of the current period, and no automatic renewal occurs.
3. Refund Policy
Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance of a digital content or service has begun (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(g)). Because the HIT! Pro subscription becomes active immediately after payment, it falls under this exception.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect for the next billing period.
- If you cannot use the service due to a technical issue, you may submit a refund request to hello@kardolabs.com. Requests are reviewed within 72 hours, and if approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription using one of the following methods:
- Web platform: after signing in, click “Cancel Subscription” on the Settings page.
- Email: send your cancellation request from the email associated with your account to hello@kardolabs.com.
After cancellation you continue to enjoy Pro features until the end of the current billing period. The subscription then ends automatically and does not renew.
5. Invoicing
After every successful payment, your e-invoice / e-archive invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. For invoice correction requests, please write to hello@kardolabs.com.
