Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the HIT! platform (“Platform”, “Service”) operated by Kardo Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Company”, “we”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • User: a natural or legal person who creates an account on the Platform and/or uses the services.
  • Content: any video, text, or other materials uploaded by the User to the Platform.
  • Subscription: a paid plan offered for a defined service period.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old to register on the Platform. Users under 18 require parental consent.
  • The User is responsible for the accuracy and security of account information. All actions performed under your account are deemed to be your responsibility.
  • You must immediately notify hello@kardolabs.com if you detect any unauthorised access.

3. Scope of the Service

HIT! provides AI-powered short-form video analysis and coaching. Each analysis includes a score from 0 to 100, category-based evaluations, and improvement recommendations. The Service is offered under different plans, including Free and Pro.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

The User agrees not to use the Platform for any of the following:

  • Uploading content that violates applicable laws.
  • Sharing content that infringes the intellectual property, personality, or privacy rights of third parties.
  • Uploading content that promotes violence, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or unlawful activities.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) that may damage the Platform's infrastructure, or reverse-engineering the Service.
  • Creating an account on behalf of another user, or using an existing account in an unauthorised manner.

In case of breach of these obligations, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to all content uploaded by the User belong to the User. The User grants HIT! a limited, temporary, worldwide, royalty-free licence to analyse the content and provide a coaching report. After the analysis is complete, the original video file is deleted from our servers.

All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of the Platform are owned by the Company and may not be used without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Pro subscription may be offered in monthly or annual periods. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and include VAT for users located in Türkiye.
  • Payments are securely processed through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; card details are not stored by the Company.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected period. Users may cancel before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Analysis results provided by HIT! are AI-generated suggestions, and the final decision always rests with the User. The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of analysis results or that User content will achieve a specific level of performance. The Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Suspension and Termination of the Service

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for technical maintenance, security reasons, or legal obligations. Users may also terminate their membership at any time by closing their account; in such cases, refunds of paid fees are subject to the Distance Sales Contract.

9. Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms with prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Users by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, as well as Consumer Arbitration Committees, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
