Pre-Information Form

This Pre-Information Form is prepared under Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation issued under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, in order to inform the Buyer about the digital service to be purchased through the HIT! platform.

2. Essential Features of the Service

  • Service name: HIT! Pro Subscription
  • Description: AI-powered short-form video analysis and coaching service. During the subscription period, the user receives 25 video analyses per week, a 0–100 score, category-based evaluations, and improvement recommendations.
  • Term: the period (monthly/yearly) selected at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery method: Electronically, activated immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Total Price

The service fee is the amount listed on the Pricing page based on the plan and currency selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The purchase may be completed in Turkish Lira (TRY), US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), or British Pound (GBP). The TRY price displayed for Buyers resident in Türkiye includes VAT; international sales are treated as service exports under VAT Law Article 11/1-a. Payment is collected as a single transaction in the selected currency by credit or debit card via the iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. infrastructure.

4. Payment and Performance Information

  • Payment is processed via iyzico, using the credit/debit card provided by the Buyer.
  • The service begins to be provided electronically immediately after payment confirmation.
  • The subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected period. The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the settings page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and digital content deliveries. The HIT! Pro subscription is a digital service that becomes active immediately after payment, and the Buyer explicitly acknowledges this before completing payment.

6. Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit any complaints and objections relating to the service to hello@kardolabs.com. In case of disputes, the Buyer may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary thresholds set by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those thresholds.

7. Confirmation of Information

The Buyer confirms that they have read this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract, obtained sufficient information about their content, and confirmed them electronically. Following order confirmation, a copy of this form and the contract is sent to the Buyer's email address.
