Distance Sales Contract

Buyer: the user who creates an account on the HIT! platform and purchases a subscription.
Article 2 — Subject
This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the digital service subscription purchased by the Buyer through the HIT! platform, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — Service Information

Article 4 — General Provisions
- The Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted the service information, the total price, and the terms of this contract before completing the purchase.
- The service fee is charged through the payment method and currency (TRY, USD, EUR, or GBP) selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. using a multi-currency infrastructure.
- The subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected period (monthly/yearly). The Buyer may cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
- The Seller shall give prior notice that temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure. Such situations do not constitute a basis for subscription cancellation.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of services performed instantly in electronic form and in respect of digital content deliveries. The HIT! Pro subscription is a digital service that becomes active immediately after payment, and the Buyer is deemed to have explicitly acknowledged this at the payment step.
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Buyer continues to receive the service until the end of the current billing period; the subscription then ends automatically and does not renew.
Article 6 — Refunds and Cancellation
- Due to the digital nature of the service, no refund is issued for subscription periods that have already been used.
- If you can demonstrate that you were unable to use the service due to a technical issue, you may submit a refund request to hello@kardolabs.com. Requests are reviewed within 72 hours.
- If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Article 7 — Protection of Personal Data
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For details, see our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice.
Article 8 — Disputes
Disputes arising from this contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. For disputes within the annual monetary thresholds, the relevant Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committee is the competent body.
Article 9 — Effectiveness
This contract enters into force when the Buyer confirms it electronically. A copy of the contract is sent to the Buyer's registered email address.
